Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@sheslivinwellness.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@sheslivinwellness.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item.
Final Sale Items
All products sold are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
